Note on the count: Pankaj Saxena earned an MVP ranking but is a confirmed Season 13 owner. A drawn owner is pre-assigned to their own squad at their own price and is not bid on — so they do not count toward the 15-player MVP auction pool. They are shown below for completeness, marked accordingly.
